Meet Dr. Rajitha Vanga, an accomplished educator and expert in the field of Cytogenetics and Molecular Biology. Dr. Rajitha holds a PhD in Cytogenetics and Molecular Biology under the Anatomy department at the Faculty of Medicine, along with a Master of Science in Anatomy. With a strong educational foundation she also earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
Currently serving as an Associate Professor at Annapoorna Medical College & Hospitals in Salem, Dr. Rajitha's dedication to education and research is truly commendable. Her expertise has reached international audiences as she was invited as a guest speaker to share her knowledge on the topic "Anatomy Human Facial Muscles in Cosmetology" at a prestigious event conducted by Avicenna Project Cosmetologist Association in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, on November 12th, 2022.
In recognition of her outstanding achievements, Dr. Rajitha was honored with the prestigious "Mrs Shoba Alva Memorial Gold Medal Award" for being selected as the best outgoing student of the year 2005 at City College of Physiotherapy, which is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bangalore, Karnataka.
